A well-cued, well-designed program that intermixes traditional and innovative toning routines. They all use a stability ball to add intensity or improve your body position. You get a balanced blend of six body-part-targeted segments, each one featuring body-part-specific sculpting techniques (e.g. lying on the floor while using heavy dumbbells to work your chest, sitting on the ball using lighter dumbbells to tone your arms). Karen is a superb instructor — her style is graceful, her attitude relaxed, her form flawless. Requires a stability ball and two sets of dumbbells (e.g. 3 lb. and 10 lb.).
